Mark joined our Stratford-upon-Avon accountancy practice in 2005. He has been advising owner-managed businesses for two decades and has specialised in audit, corporate finance and corporate clients for most of that time.
A priority for Mark is to spend time with clients, so that he understands what they are trying to achieve in order to help them to do so.
Mark offers particular experience in advising on acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and due diligence, as well as business planning and general business advice.
